Loyalty Kiosk SMS Marketing for Restaurants - The All Digital Loyalty Rewards Solution

Benefits of a Touch-Screen Kiosk-Based System

There is a reason why most SMS text message marketing campaigns eventually fail. Most of the time, there is no compelling reason for anyone to opt-in and those who do are rarely given a good reason to stay long before opting out.

The good news is that a solution exists: the SMS Kiosk Loyalty Reward System.

It is a simple fix that the vast majority of mobile marketers overlook, but there is a reason why. Hardly any of them have ever worked that well.

But all that is changing.

By implementing a kiosk-based mobile marketing platform, you can generate a successful campaign. The kiosk model eliminates every issue that causes the average mobile marketing campaign to fail.

Benefits of the Kiosk model
  • Ease of Use - Anyone can use this system: simply opt-in using the kiosk keyboard. Anyone who has every used an ATM machine can easily intuit how to use a mobile kiosk customer loyalty program to “join the savings club.” The process is simple: the opt-in is generated by users absent of the need to physically send a text message using their mobile devices.

Even in today's world where mobile platforms dominate and text messaging is a common form of communication, an alarming number of users still don't know how to initiate a text message from scratch! That one detail can derail your entire mobile marketing campaign. Kiosks eliminate that problem completely.

  • Communicates Value – Our Loyalty Kiosk marketing system is more organic to end-user experience. Most people are familiar with kiosk functionality and can assimilate the experience to their smartphones, as can anyone who has ever participated in a retailer's punch card loyalty program.

he concept is familiar and the execution is simple. People hold on to those loyalty rewards punch cards in much the same way they carry their phones everywhere.

By integrating traditional punch card system with modern technology, kiosk systems build value in the eyes of the customer and your business retains more loyal customers.
How it Works:

  • Simplifies Mobile Loyalty Rewards Coupon Redemption – The  SMS Kiosk Loyalty Reward System automatically generates coupon redemption codes and automatically sends text messages to the end user to notify them when they qualify for a coupon or other incentive. The user then enters their phone number and coupon code to redeem their offer at the kiosk.

Anyone who has ever checked in for a flight at the airport is already familiar with this process. Once the user redeems the offer, the coupon expires automatically so the incentive can only be used once.

It is a virtually un-hackable system that, at the same time, provides value to the user but prevents abuse of the rewards system. The absence of this kind of security is a common deal-breaker objection for retailers who have not experienced an efficiently-executed mobile rewards system in the past.

The SMS Kiosk Loyalty Reward System is a total game-changer. It is a unique, customizable system that integrates well in any retail business environment.  To learn more visit http://fulcrumdesignllc.com or call Brandon at 888-669-9729. Trends: Dave & Busters Adopts Restaurant Text Pagers

High Tech Dave & Busters Goes with Mobile Matradee a Best of Breed Restaurant Text Pager System.

Over the course of the last 12 months my family and I have visited New York City, Palisades, New Jersey and Providence, Rhode Island. What do all these locations have in common a Dave & Busters location. What intrigued me was their adopting of a queue management system, Mobile Matradee, a restaurant text pager system. This may sound silly but when you are waiting in line to eat with a six year old who sees a huge video arcade full of games its a relief to know you can go and play while you wait to be seated without worrying about losing your place in line.

Visiting the technology blog Social Mobile Trends I learned that Chili's, Rafferty's Restaurant, Top Golf and the Max Restaurant Group to name a few all have adopted this technology. Furthermore the restaurant text pager is less expensive than a buzzer pager system, has greater range for guests to roam and provides the host staff and management a digital wait list, reports and even a mobile marketing capability with Mobile VIP, text marketing application. For more information see the Restaurant Text Pagers a Cost Benefit Analysis.

The food was excellent as well as the service at all three locations. Dave & Busters is a great experience for the whole family and I highly recommend it.

Dave & Busters is an American restaurant and entertainment business headquartered in Dallas, Texas.[1] Each D&B has a full-service restaurant and a video arcade. As of July 1, 2009, the company had 57 locations across the United States and two in Canada.

New Restaurant Reservation System!

Restaurant Reservation System that can increase your ROI in three ways!

Take your restaurant pager and toss it into your 1990's garbage bin. The world of the restaurant reservation system and restaurant call ahead seating has completely come of age in a revolutionary new system called Mobile Matradee.

Mobile Matradee is an affordable, cutting edge 3 in 1 restaurant solution. First it's a restaurant paging system that uses the client's cell phone to notify the guest their table is ready at the exact moment that it becomes ready, thus increase guest satisfaction while turning your tables quicker. Second, Mobile Matradee's Reservation Matradee is a flexible reservation system that enables you to confirm a guests reservation with a text or voice message right to there cell phone, eliminating no shows while increasing your table turn efficiency. Lastly, drive traffic with those cell numbers by offering Mobile VIP a mobile restaurant rewards program right to your guest cell phone. Great for last might business.

Restaurant pager systems can cost anywhere between $2000 and $5000. And replacing restaurant pagers can be as high as $70 per pagers per month. (That is a huge cost that is literally walking out of your restaurant every month.)

Mobile Matradee® is an incredible advancement in restaurant paging systems
in that it is a both a voice and text based restaurant beeper system that can lower your operating costs while enhancing the guest experience.

Mobile Matradee's web hosted restaurant paging system enables you to lower your operating costs by suddenly being able to send a text or voice seating message to your guest cell phone to either confirm and remind them of their pending reservation or to alert them their table is ready.

Review of Piatti Restaurant Bar and Grill, Glastonbury, CT

This is our third time to Piatti Ristorante (Glastonbury, CT) and decided after sampling the menu since the day it opened back in January I was prepared to comment honestly. What surprised me the most was the consistency in taste and price, particularly with a brand new restaurant.

My first visit I had the chicken parmesan Panini. It was excellent, the bread was fresh, the chicken was cooked just right and the sauce was especially good. On my second visit I had to try the stuffed burgers, which I heard is all the rage. I must admit the rave reviews are totally on point. Arguably one of the best burgers I have ever had, even better than Ted's Steam Cheeseburgers. The fresh high quality cheese and mushrooms made it happen for me. The portion sizes are prefect and the service has definitely improved from opening day, very friendly. The owner was very friendly and asked us to sample his new desert creation a chocolate concockation of milk chocolate and a white chocolate cream filling with raspberries on top. It was to die for. I believe it’s going to make the menu this week. You got to try it!

The atmosphere is warm and casual. The contemporary fire place is a great touch in the winter along with the gas fired fire place out on the patio for cool spring and fall nights. I really liked the floor plan, the natural lighting through all the windows really opens the place up. Most of all the place is spotless clean, including the silverware. The restaurant is considering implementing a SMS text marketing strategy through Fulcrum Design, LLC once their website is completed.

I highly recommend Piatti Ristorante.

The Belly Rules the Mind - Spanish Proverb

Peruvian foods
Last night we got together with our neighbors for our second progressive dinner. My wife was in charge of the entree and it was an excellent curlinary experience. She made a great Peruvian polio dish along with Papa a La Huancaina (Peruvian typical dish) potatoes with cheese.
(Receipt: In a blender put all the following ingredients: Sauce should be lightly thick to be spread over the potatoes.)

Peruvian cuisine is considered one of the most diverse in the world. In January 2004, The Economist said that "Peru can lay claim to one of the world's dozen or so great cuisines", while at the Fourth International Summit of Gastronomy Madrid FusiĆ³n 2006, regarded as the world's most important gastronomic forum, held in Spain between January 17 and 19, Lima was declared the "Gastronomic Capital of the Americas"
I recommend an excellent cookbook. Exotic Kitchens of Peru: The Land of the Inca by Copeland Marks.
A great authentic Hartford, Connecticut Peruvian Restaurant is
